Poetry on LoBD

Don't Read The Guidelines
It was Temperance whom couldn't control
the sun-kissed myst of my internal abyss.
and Tolerance could never pamper Abstinence.

I fell through a watering-hole of burning desire
the coals sank to the bottom, and never burnt out.

You felt velvet for the first time and how did that feel?
to kiss and touch something that was actually real.
Last night Mutual told me that I was his mirror,
and that was the night that I heard Maturity squeal.

It was raining on the day of the parade, but O how surreal!
to see the make-up on clowns blend like a soul

To see you soon, is my only request
said Modesty, smiling, as she undressed.

I am rather inebriated and I will give this piece of review it deserves at a later date.
