by laying the tongue towards the bottom of their mouth to form the consanant "h", followed by a sort of breathy like vocalization of the vowel "e", continuing on with tongue tip touching the roof of the mouth to form a long "L" sound... twice, and finally making their lips into a circular shape to illicit the ultimate "o"
